I’m Emanuela, 27 with Italian blood in my veins.
I have a Fashion Design Bachelor degree and I have been working for the apparel and textile industry for 6 years. I have experience in both fashion and sportswear but, most important, I had the chance to work for a couple of Software houses which develop 3D software for the textile. Since I discovered what 3D makes possible in the apparel environment, I just can’t live anymore without it.

I truly believe this is the tool which can make the fast faster and the big bigger. Unexpectedly the apparel industry is still quite behind the others when it comes to forntier technology adoption. Finally, we have the tool to make it happen, we just need to make sure more and more people would start to have expertise on it.

    Responsible for the Sports Bra and the Training collection. I coordinate the different aspects relate to the products: briefing designer, ensuring the correct marketing actions and follwing up prices and margin targets. Market research and trend analysis are part of the everyday work as well as the presentation to the different accounts. Responsable for the entire process of the Flash collection: a range that hits the market every month with a specific shorter lead time.

Following up a product life cycle and own responsibilities regarding the launch of new collections Working in close collaboration with National Organizations to ensure the collection is the most commercial one.Working in close collaboration with Brand Management on workbook, hangtags and communication tools.         Solutions Expert, Textile and Apparel at EFI | Optitex - 3D Virtual Prototyping, 2D CAD/CAM Software Solutions

        Trainer on 2D and 3D solutions integrated, I had a big focus on 3D modeling as 3D artist, preparing demo files in apparel and fashion accessories. I was the person in charge of the whole Pre-sales process in Italy.

          I was in charge to support the software Lectra and Investronica products, for what concern both 2D and 3D applied to the textile and apparel environment. Reposing on my pattern making knowledge I also gave consulting in this area to the Italian customers. I was the person in charge to whole escalation process to the R&D in HQ.

            Starting from an internship I became part of the product team doing redaction of technical documentation, definition of small parts and managing relationships with suppliers. In particular redaction of BOM and definition of production order.

              I was in the sales team in a showroom multibrand, selling for Russia and Middle Est markets. I followed the entire process from the setting up of the cloths, defining display and collection layout, up to the final sell.
